How we handle your information

Custom Prints is run by The Brick Box Australia. We keep this short because we keep very little.

What we store

Your email address, the name, phone number and postal address you choose to give us, the artwork you upload, the designs and orders you make, and our messages about them. A cookie keeps you signed in; there are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your artwork

We use your uploaded files only to show you your designs and to print your orders. Artwork you upload but never order is deleted automatically after 30 days. Artwork in an order is kept with that order so we can reprint it if something goes wrong, until you delete your account.

What we use it for

Signing you in, checking and printing your designs, emailing you about your orders, and posting them to you. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else. Emails are sent through our email provider, Resend.

Payments

We never take card or bank details on this site. We email you how to pay once your order is approved.

Deleting your data

Delete your account from the Account page at any time, and your artwork and orders go with it. Ask us anything at contact@thebrickboxaustralia.com.

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
