Print terms

The short version

Every Custom Prints order is made to your design, so here is how that works.

Your artwork, your rights

When you send an order you confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every image in it, and that it doesn't copy anyone else's trademark, characters or artwork. We can turn down any design, including ones we think could infringe someone's rights or that we're not comfortable printing. If we turn an order down, you pay nothing.

Checking before printing

We look at every design before we print. If something won't print well we'll ask you to change it. Your total is confirmed when we approve the order, and we only print once it's paid.

What to expect

Printed colours can look a little different from your screen, and from one part colour to another; white parts show colours most faithfully. Very fine lines and tiny text may not reproduce exactly. The designer shows how your artwork will be placed, but it's a preview, not a photograph of the finished part.

Changes and cancelling

You can cancel any time before you pay. Once we start printing, the order is made for you, so we can't offer change-of-mind refunds. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: if something arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, tell us and we'll put it right.

Keeping your files

We keep the files in your order so we can reprint it if something goes wrong. See our privacy notice for how long we keep things.
